We can organise a babysitter if required (at least 2 weeks notice is needed, and a charge applies), freeing up parents to have some time for theirselves.
The nearest station with connections along the Puster Valley towards Lienz and Bruneck (IT) is in Sillian. We can easily collect you from the station in Sillian or Lienz free of charge (if we have been notified in advance).

Fluffy bathrobes for adults and children are provided in your room for the duration of your stay. Please leave these in your room when you depart. Similarly, towelling slippers are also in your room. If your bathrobe is not the right size or your slippers don’t fit, you can exchange these at the spa reception. If you want a change of bath towels, please inform spa reception.
Bath towels and sauna towels are provided in the wellness bag in your room. If you need fresh bath or sauna towels, these can be exchanged directly at the wellness reception. Towels will automatically be changed if you leave them on the floor.
Our Dolomiten Residenz offers e-charging stations using the latest technology. These reserved spaces are available for loading. You will be charged a deposit of € 30 for the chip. When the chip is returned, only the electricity consumption will be charged.

Have you brought a voucher with you that you wish to redeem? Please hand this in at reception on arrival so that we can take your voucher into consideration. Want to surprise your loved one with a voucher? Please ask at reception.
VOUCHER ORDER
The main entrance is shut between 22:30 and 06:30. Please use the night entrance to the right next to the main entrance, down the ramp. The night entrance in the house is on the lower ground floor. The door can be opened with your room card.
We charge a daily cleaning fee for dogs (see current price information). Please note that dogs are not permitted in the wellness area or restaurant.
There is Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and in the rooms.
Free childcare is available in the Häppi Päpi children’s club (100 m²) for children from the age of 3.

The children’s club has its own indoor and outdoor programme for young people (from the age of 12).
We have all the necessary facilities for our youngest guests such as cot, changing mat (only in the Häppi Päppi children’s club), baby phone, high chair, etc.

Your appearance plays a part in the stylish ambience of our hotel. We appreciate our guests wearing appropriate, decent clothing to retain the flair of the hotel, and ask that in the restaurant and dining area you refrain from wearing tracksuits, ski clothes, bathing slippers etc. You are very welcome to use the bar in the hotel hall up to 18:00 in a bathrobe.
For sure we will wash and iron your laundry for you. In your room you will find a list of prices and a special laundry bag.
Please book your desired appointment for beauty treatments and massages in punctual time at the spa reception or hotel reception, preferably before your arrival. Our trained wellness staff will happily give you any advice you need. Cancellation of treatments is free of charge up to 12 hours before the appointment.

There are plenty of parking spaces (uncovered) at the hotel. For electric cars we have 2 Tesla destination chargers and a charging point for standard electric cars.
If you wish to enjoy a cigarette, cigar, or pipe, we ask that you only use the designated outdoor areas.

The Dolomiten Residenz****s Sporthotel Sillian is the perfect venue for successful conferences, seminars, incentives, or any sort of celebration thanks to a fantastically equipped seminar room, an attractive supporting programme, and 4 star superior comfort and service.

Each room has its own safe for the storage of valuables.
The lower ground floor has a separately accessible ski depot next to the night entrance for your winter sports equipment, with a ski boot dryer. Your room card gives you access to the ski depot.
We can arrange ski passes for you, and if you let us know 1 day in advance by 21:00, you can pick them up from reception the following day. The cost of the ski pass will then be added to your room bill (excluding key card deposit which is refunded on return).
Day passes are valid in the Hochpustertal/Sillian ski centre. Multi-day ski passes are valid in the following ski areas: Großglockner Resort Kals-Matrei, St. Jakob im Defereggental and Hochpustertal/Sillian.
Skiing holidays in East Tyrol
The bottom station of the ski centre Hochpustertal lift with its ski school and sport shop and equipment hire is just 170 m from the hotel. Our guests benefit from special discounts at the Wintersportschule Hochpustertal.
With a free summit ticket our guests can use the summer lifts in the region free of charge. Valid during the opening times of the following lifts:

Sauna landscape
The sauna area is accessible daily from 02.00 pm to 07.30 pm. Here you will find a wide variety of saunas and relaxation rooms with heated water beds and, among other things, the experience showers and light therapy beds.
The Wellness Residenz is a special rest and quiet zone, and is a naked area. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted except on Wednesdays at the children and family sauna. For reasons of hygiene we ask that you refrain from wearing summing things. Please abide by the sauna rules.
Our professionally trained spa staff will happily advise you on beauty treatments and massages. Please book your required appointment for facial and body care in good time at reception (telephone 80) or at the wellness reception.

You are welcome to order the newspaper you want for your stay at reception (except Sundays and public holidays).
If you happen to lose your room card, please tell us at reception immediately. On checking your personal details, a new card can be issued and the lost card cancelled.
