Refuel on energy, come to rest, find a place to step back and recuperate at the Dolomiten Residenz ****s Sporthotel Sillian. To enable all guests to experience a sense of wellbeing, there are a few guidelines we ask you to observe:

• Help contribute to the relaxed atmosphere and avoid unnecessarily loud conversations, phone calls, or any other noisy disturbances.
• For reasons of hygiene, swimming things must not be worn in the sauna.
• On Wednesdays the sauna is open between 02.00 pm and 04.00 pm for children.
• Teenagers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult in the spa and in the fitness room.
• To use the fitness equipment you must be wearing sports clothing and sports shoes. Please clean the equipment after use with the disinfectant wipes provided.
• Smoking and the consumption of alcohol at not permitted throughout the spa area and the indoor pool. You also not allowed to bring your own food and drink into the area. Light refreshments (e.g. fruit, dried fruit, and fresh spring water) is available from spa reception.
• Please leave any jewellery and valuables in your room safe. For regions of hygiene, outdoor shoes, outdoor clothing, and buggies and prams are not allowed in the spa area.
• For each treatment, you receive checklist from us to complete. This is simply to inform the wellness staff about you to enable them to know how you could best benefit, or whether they should advise you not to have a treatment.
• We try our hardest to begin all treatments on time. If you happen to arrive late and your therapist or room is booked straight after your appointment, your treatment may unfortunately have to be shortened.
• Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment and take into account the time it takes to get from reception and to change clothes.
• If you wish to cancel an appointment, you must let us know at least 12 hours before the appointment time otherwise we will have to charge for the booked treatment.
• Please come to all therapies freshly showered. There are showers in the pool and sauna areas.
• All massages and bath therapies are usually undertaken without clothes on. For massages your body is covered apart from the part of the body that is currently being massage. Your private areas of course remain covered. Disposable underwear is available.
• Taking a sauna has many positive effects. For reasons of hygiene please use a towel to lie or sit on in the sauna area and steam rooms. Please leave your bathing slippers outside the sauna cabin.
• To maintain the quiet environment, please refrain from having conversations in the sauna rooms.
• When using the spa area, there are wellness towels available at spa reception. Please use these sensibly to be friendly to the environment, and deposit used towels in the designated laundry baskets or chutes.
• Our wellbeing experts are on hand to help you if you need any personal advice or general information about the treatments available.
• Your appointment time includes the entire duration of the treatment and also any rest times required by the treatment.
• Mobile phones are not permitted throughout the Wellness Residenz. We value your privacy.
