Booking conditions & useful information

Find out useful information about your Dolomiten Residenz ****s Sporthotel Sillian booking.

• Rooms and suites are available from 02.00 pm on the day of your arrival (more about this in hotel information).
• Reservation is binding on receipt of a deposit payment (10% of the booking price) 10 days after receipt of written reservation confirmation (the room reservation is definite on receipt of the deposit)
• The total price is due at checkout.
• We accept credit cards such as VISA, Mastercard/Eurocard and EC-Card (no cheques).
• We recommend taking out holiday cancellation insurance.
• The Austrian hotel terms and conditions and Austrian law applies.

SUMMER 2024 and 2025

Room cancellations are only valid in writing. Austrian law applies.

• There are no cancellation costs up to 28 days before the start of your holiday
• 28 to 4 days before the start of your holiday we will invoice 50% of the arrangement price
• From 3 days before the start of your holiday or in the event of a no-show, we charge 80% of the booked stay

WINTER 2024/2025

Room cancellations are only valid in writing. Austrian law applies.

Season A (06.12.24-20.12.24, 06.01.25-31.01.25, 15.03.25-20.04.25)

• There are no cancellation costs up to 28 days before the start of your holiday
• 28 to 4 days before the start of your holiday we will invoice 50% of the arrangement price
• From 3 days before the start of your holiday or in the event of a no-show, we charge 80% of the booked stay

Season B (01.02.25-14.03.25)

• There are no cancellation costs until November 30, 2024
• From December 1st, 2024 until 4 days before the start of your vacation we will charge 50% of the arrangement price
• From 3 days before the start of your holiday or in the event of a no-show, we charge 80% of the booked stay

Season C (12/21/24-01/05/25)

• There are no cancellation costs until October 31, 2024
• From November 1st, 2024 until 4 days before the start of your vacation we will charge 50% of the arrangement price
• From 3 days before the start of your holiday or in the event of a no-show, we charge 80% of the booked stay
