Seminars & Conferences

The contract is concluded upon acceptance of the guest application by the hotel. This acceptance is only binding upon written confirmation by the hotel. Verbal or telephone agreements are not accepted. The contractual partners are the hotel and the guest or the person who commissioned the reservation. All these persons are liable for the guest contract. The hotel is obliged to provide the services booked by the organiser and promised by the hotel. The prices agreed upon conclusion of the contract are binding and include statutory VAT. We ask for your understanding that unused services of the arrangement cannot be reimbursed. Likewise, the conference package cannot be split into individual contributions.

 

Check-in / Check-out

On the day of arrival, your reserved hotel room will be available from 2.30 pm. Check-in until 10.30 pm - please let us know if you will be arriving later. On the day of departure, please return your room key card to our hotel reception by 10.30 am. A later check-out is only possible after consultation with the hotel reception. We are happy to store your luggage in a locked room until your departure.

 

Restaurant receipts

The restaurant receipts must be checked and signed by the authorised person after each visit to the restaurant. Complaints on the following day will not be considered.

 

Payment modalities

For conferences/events, we will send you the total invoice by post. Invoices must be paid within 10 days of receipt without deduction. Please note: In the case of bank transfers from abroad, it is not the payee who bears the fees incurred.

 

Our account details

Please state the invoice number as the reason for payment. Thank you very much.

 

Change in the number of participants

A change in the number of participants by more than 2 persons must be communicated to us at least 3 days before the start of the event and requires our consent. A reduction in the number of participants of up to 2 persons will be taken into account in the invoice. We reserve the right to charge 50 % of the booked arrangement in the event of deviations beyond this.

 

Cancellation of rooms

  • up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
  • up to 14 days before arrival: 60 % of the agreed price
  • from 7 days before arrival: 80 % of the agreed price
  • no-show: 100 % of the average list price (less breakfast)

Cancellations must be notified in writing. We make every effort to rent rooms that are not used to other guests in order to minimise or avoid cancellation costs.

 

Cancellations of one-day seminars

Cancellation by the customer of the contract concluded with the hotel free of charge requires the written consent of the Dolomiten Residenz****s Sporthotel Sillian. If this is not given, a proportion of the agreed services must be paid in any case, even if the customer does not make use of the services. If the customer only cancels between the 8th and 4th week before the date of the event, the hotel is entitled to charge 35% of the lost consumption revenue, and 70% of the consumption revenue for any later cancellation. The calculation of the consumption turnover is based on the formula Package price of the event plus drinks x number of participants. Drinks are charged at one third of the package price.
