 Tyrolean herbal bath

Gentle steam bath for that reborn feeling! Mild radiant heat combined with selected herbs create a lovely setting for body and mind.

Emptying the bucket over the sauna heater sprays water onto the herbs (see below), which increases humidity and releases a pleasant scent.

• Temperature: approx. 55°C
• Recommended length: 20-30 minutes (each guest has a separate niche)

Herbs abound in the healthy Tyrolean forests and mountains. Skilfully prepared for you, their pleasant effect unfolds, coming into their own in the sauna…
Here is a brief description of three of the great things you will find in the Tyrolean herb bath …

• Lavender has a calming, balancing, fortifying effect, reduces stress
• Rosema ry invigorates, stimulates the circulation, has an antispasmodic effect, helps heal wounds, is anti-inflammatory
• Camomile has a harmonising, relaxing effect, is stimulating, fortifying and has a positive effect on your mood

Proven care for skin and hair and the respiratory organs

    * Temperature: approx. 42°-45°C
    * Recommended length: 15 minutes.

Afterwards, you should drink water or unsweetened tea and take a break (20-30 minutes).

The ultimate experience! A rustic alpine ambience, the scent of natural high mountain wood.

Water containing natural aromas stimulates circulation, aids the purifying process, and cares for the skin and respiratory organs.
