All the important information you need
Please be advised that the rooms are only ready for occupation at 3 pm on the day of arrival. To secure a reservation we require written confirmation. A reservation is taken as confirmed and binding when within 10 days of written confirmation we receive a 10% deposit of the total cost of your stay. After receiving this deposit we will send you a written confirmation of booking and detailed invoice. The remaining amount is payable on arrival. All valid credit cards and bankcards are accepted.
Despite every best intention cancellations are sometimes necessary. We would like therefore to recommend that you to take out a cancellation insurance. A cancellation insurance is available from the Hotel, for your convenience and can be arranged when you make your reservation if you wish. You are of course free to arrange it through your own insurance advisor should you prefer to do so.
Our cancellation fees are as follows: Cancellation of rooms is only valid when written notice is received. Up to three months before your planned date of arrival no charges are required. Between 3 months and 1 month before your planned date of arrival we charge the cost of 3 days, from your invoice. 1 month or less before your planned date of arrival we charge 90 percent of your total invoice.
